Ziglift Material Handling recently completed an installation for an existing customer in Commerce, CA. This warehouse features a selective pallet rack system with a total of 13,500 pallet positions. The customer has operated out of this particular warehouse for a long period and noticed the pallet racks have been damaged by forklifts. So they requested the Ziglift team to assess all of the racks.

Ziglift’s team was able to identify all of the uprights and beams that needed to be replaced or repaired due to being badly damaged. Additional end-aisle protectors were installed to prevent damage to the uprights in high traffic areas.
The customer was happy because they were able to continue operations while the pallet racks were safely replaced/repaired within a reasonable time.
