End aisle protectors provide floor level protection to rack ends and require minimal space. The unique design allows the protector to be mounted on the outside of the rack end or on the inside of the rack end. When mounted on the outside of the rack end, the end aisle protector prevents damage to rack ends caused by forklifts or other heavy duty equipment. The heavy duty, narrow profile only takes up less than 1” of aisle space. For inside applications, the rack protector prevents damage to rack ends caused by pallets or other items being stored inside the rack bays. The narrow profile maximizes the amount of available storage room. Space Saving Rack Protectors are available for 42" or 48" racks in both single and double ended styles. Special lengths or adaptations for seismic applications can be accommodated.

Tapered rack aisle protectors are available in two different models: single- and double-sided. The single-sided model is composed of a tapered angle found on either the left or right end and has (3) ¾”ø punched holes. The angle is made of L5” x 3”x ¼” thick structural steel powder coated safety yellow for maximum visibility. Both sides are used as a pair for maximum protection. The double-sided model is composed of an L5” x 3”x ¼” thick structural steel angle with two tapered sections on each side. The tapered sections are bent at an angle of 135°. The double-sided model contains (5) ¾”ø punched holes and is bolted to the concrete floor using 5/8”ø x 4 ½” wedge bolt anchors. Both models are available in the following standard lengths: 24”, 42” and 48”. Custom sizes are also available to meet specified requirements.
Wrap around rack aisle protectors are available in two different models: the single-sided and double-sided wrap around. The single-sided wrap around is composed of a heavy steel crescent end plate which is curved and welded onto either side of a floor angle. The thick steel crescent is manufactured at a standard height of 12” and is 3/8” thick. Floor angle is manufactured of L5” x 3”x ¼” thick structural steel and is available in various lengths, which include 24”, 42”, 48” and 54”. Right and left oriented crescent must be paired together and shall be installed in such a manner. The floor angle contains ¾”ø punched holes and is bolted to the concrete ground using 5/8”ø x 4 ½” wedge bolt anchors. The double-sided wrap around is composed of two heavy steel crescents welded on both sides of the floor angle. The standard lengths are 42” and 48”. All rack aisle protectors are powder-coated safety yellow.
